You have an insulated (double pane) glass unit.  Although we cannot replace just the one pane of glass, we can replace the entire insulated glass unit.  In an insulated glass unit, you cannot replace just one of the panes.  The entire unit must be replaced.

My double pane glass is fogged.  Can you stop it from fogging?

Insulated glass units are hermatically sealed in a dust-free environment.  Even though there are some websites that will tell you how to stop the fogging, the unit is very likely to fog again because it is extremely difficult to re-seal the unit correctly at home.  We recommend replacing the entire insulated glass unit to stop the fogging, and we warranty our units for 10 years.
